robschwager: Heartfelt words from Ilene “Trixie” Roth and true words of inspiration from a legend: Today is the 10th anniversary since my husband passed away… I was asked by Ed to carry on his dream of Rat Fink and it has been a wonderful honor to keep his creations and memory alive!!. The time has been filled with many wonderful events. I have been able to attend many car shows and received several awards in Ed’s name. I have met wonderful people from all over the world that have been influenced by Ed. I want to thank all of you for your support! I want to share a special quote from Ed that was taped 1 year before he passed away. Following is the question that was asked… WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE MOST REMEMBERED FOR? “We are all trying to get to heaven. Everybody is born with a talent. Use the talent. I encourage a person to use their talents to the best degree. Take the talents you were born with and use it. If somebody has a problem with it, then you say.. Man, I just know this and that’s all I know, and Big Daddy told me to use it. Encourage people to use what they got. There is nothing else to be remembered for.” So in closing, I want to say thanks to all of you„„ use your talents (Big Daddy said we should) and if you can, please wear your RAT FINK TEE today!
